These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Athelan Battlegrounds (“the Game”). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to play the Game. You do not own the Game or its content. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Game.

Player Conduct

By using the Game, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.
  
  

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  
  

• Spam, bot, or disrupt chat.
  
  

• Attempt to sell or promote third-party services (such as account sales, rank boosting, or in-game items).
  
  

Violating these rules may result in suspension or permanent bans from the Game and/or its chat features.

Purchases and Refunds

All in-game purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Players banned for violating these Terms.
  
  

• Regret of purchase or changes of mind.
  
  

Refunds may still be available through Steam in accordance with Valve’s refund policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages resulting from use of the Game.
